Sandy Gould
Sandy Gould has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Starting in 1997, he worked at Real Networks as the VP of Executive Recruiting and Organizational Development, where he was responsible for hiring and onboarding executive and leadership positions. He also implemented a leadership development program and evaluated potential acquisitions.
From 2002 to 2003, Sandy worked at Washington Mutual as the AVP of Executive Recruiting. He then joined Linden Lab/Second Life in 2007 as the VP of HR, leading global HR functions and driving company growth. In 2010, he moved to Disney/ABC as the VP of Recruiting, where he led recruitment efforts and implemented strategies for diverse hiring. In 2013, Sandy became the VP of Talent Inclusion at Yahoo, leading the company’s diversity efforts until 2021. He then joined Callisto Media as the Chief People Officer and is currently in the same role at Pinwheel.
