Previously, she was the Manager of CX Communications at Workday, Head of Communities at Aurea Software, Principal of Employee Communications at Jive Software, and spent 7 years at Agilent Technologies in various roles.

Kosheno holds an MA in Multimedia from California State University East Bay.
