Building momentum with a bold vision

In 2019, a few early adopters in Europe discovered Simpplr through Gartner and Forrester reports, which named us a Leader in the industry. At the time, we had no local team, no marketing spend, and no formal presence in Europe. Yet, customers continued to choose us, propelled by the strength of our product and our vision for better employee experiences.

With the support of Series D funding, we made a bold decision: it was time to invest fully in Europe. We sent our first team member across the Atlantic to establish a presence on the ground. What started as one person has since grown into a robust team of 16, each playing a vital role in our success.

What’s amazing is that much of our early growth happened on its own. Organisations heard about us through analyst reports and were drawn to how simple and powerful our platform is. That early momentum showed us a real need — and we knew we could do even more with local support.

Highlights of our growth in Europe

Over the past 15 months, we’ve solidified our presence in Europe. Today, we’re proud to work with more than 100 customers across 12 countries, from the UK to Belgium to France. Every organisation we’ve partnered with has taught us something new, and it’s inspiring to see this community grow month after month.

Last September, we welcomed our first public sector customer, an NHS trust. It was a proud moment for us, stepping into a space where we can support services that matter so deeply to people’s lives.

This year, we were approved for the UK government’s G-Cloud 14 framework. It’s an important milestone, opening the door to partner with even more public sector organisations. When Meta decided to sunset Workplace, several customers joined the Simpplr community. Helping them transition smoothly reminded us why we do this work — to ensure organisations can stay connected no matter what changes come their way.

These moments are more than milestones. They’re proof of the trust we’ve built and the work we’re doing together with everyone who has been part of the journey so far.

A growing community of customers

One of the things we’re most proud of is the community we’re fostering among our customers. In June, we hosted our first Simpplr Connect city stop in Europe — a day designed to bring customers and prospects together to learn, collaborate and inspire one another.

The event featured a roadmap presentation by Bala Kasiviswanathan, our Chief Product Officer. Customers shared how they achieved high adoption, and attendees had open, insightful conversations about best practices. 

What stood out most wasn’t just the agenda but the connections made. Attendees left the event so inspired that they have continued to share ideas and support one another since the event concluded.

This sense of community is exactly what we aim to cultivate — a network of leaders working together to support and achieve their shared goals.

The enthusiasm at the event reinforced what we already knew: when customers feel connected to a community, they’re more likely to share insights, collaborate on challenges, and innovate together.
