Carolyn Clark

Carolyn Clark is the Vice President of Employee Experience Strategy & Transformation of Simpplr, an employee experience platform. A seasoned leader, with deep roots in employee communications and employee experience, Carolyn joined to help Simpplr elevate the employee experience by driving innovation and reimagining how employee communication is delivered in today’s world. Throughout her career, Clark has intentionally diversified her experience to all facets of communication. From producing broadcast news to consumer and product public relations, media relations and corporate communication. Before joining Simpplr, Clark led internal and HR communication at major tech companies including Yahoo, Oath (Verizon Media), Pandora, GoDaddy, and Opendoor.

Paralee Johnson

Paralee is Senior Manager of Community and Content at Simpplr. She is a seasoned communication leader focused on the human experience of employees. She uses strategy, creative solutions, and partnerships to make an impact. Paralee has worked hand-in-hand with executive teams on organization change communications. She’s built and executed on internal communication strategies that contribute to improved employee engagement, trust, and transparency — and therefore drives a stronger culture and business results. Her strategic focus around internal comms initiatives is delivering effective multichannel comms to engage employees through brand and vision.

Amanda Berry

Amanda Berry is the Corporate Communications Manager at Simpplr. Amanda is the host of the Cohesion Podcast, which is the premier podcast for internal communications, HR, and IT professionals who are looking for insights on employee experience and engagement. This is a dream come true for her because she gets to learn from leaders across various industries about how they are solving for some of the most common (and uncommon) internal communications and employee experience challenges. Prior to joining Simpplr, she spent the majority of her career building internal communication functions in higher education, at tech companies, and in the financial services industry.
