Enter by submitting examples that highlight your IT team’s strategic impact and technical achievements.

Win by providing written documentation of remarkable improvement metrics (including, but not limited to) intranet adoption rate, employee sentiment and content readership, to show your best improvement in any metric in comparison to your legacy platform. Our judges will choose winners with the best improvement metrics.

Videos make employee communications shine — driving engagement, strengthening culture, and deepening strategic alignment. Share a video that’s helped drive business outcomes, boost engagement, or elevate the employee experience. Ideas range from intranet launch videos, how-to videos, and videos that spotlight your unique culture. Win by sharing the best video(s) on your intranet. Our judges will choose winners based on what they consider the most compelling video content.

Your intranet can illuminate the power of your brand, reinforcing your organization’s visual identity. Showcase how you’ve woven your visual brand throughout your intranet. Ideas include logos, color palettes and distinctive fonts. Win by sharing intranet screenshots and/or video that highlights your brilliant branding. Our judges will choose winners based on what they consider the best branding.

Your intranet’s name is the foundation of its digital identity, creating a distinct and meaningful presence within your organization. A truly captivating intranet name should reflect the culture and identity of your workplace. Win by providing a written description of your intranet name’s cultural relevance and how it embodies your organization’s values and mission. Our judges will choose winners based on what they consider the most captivating names, as supported by your description.

Break free from the ordinary and embrace the extraordinary on your intranet. How are you taking your intranet to new heights in unconventional ways? Ideas include using tiles to promote a company playlist, tracking important metrics with a live tile tracker, and integrating out-of-the-box interactive features. Win by providing a written description and/or screenshot(s)/video that paints your intranet as a canvas for creativity. Our judges will choose winners based on what they consider the most creative use cases.

Highlight how your organization is embracing positive recognition in the workplace. Leveraging the intranet to appreciate and celebrate employees is a powerful way to reinforce a positive and supportive workplace. Win by providing a written description and/or screenshot(s)/video that shows your success in utilizing Simpplr to recognize employees (you do not need to have Simpplr Recognition purchased to enter or win).

Our panel of intranet experts will evaluate entries based on segment, creativity, innovation and impact. See detailed contest rules.
